Matrix valves are used extensively in Robotics and other applications where increased speed and productivity provide avenues for increased production and revenues. The longevity of the valves provides for uninterrupted machine service and avoids costly machine downtime.
One of the most demanding applications for the Matrix valves is in color sorting machines due to ultra-fast cycling of the valves during 24-hour continuous operation.
Matrix provides design, manufacture, assembly and testing of these manifolds. They are fitted with the 320, 750, 820, 840 and 890 series will be chosen depending on products being sorted. The 320 microvalve can be used in applications for sorting pills for example.
